A company built by listening to beauticians.
Flama Beauty Tek started in 2023, but the story begins more than twenty years earlier: Raffaele Improta spent his days listening to beauticians explain what they needed.
The founder
Twenty years behind the counter, before any company
Raffaele started with a small shop selling equipment, furniture and cosmetics. More than twenty years have passed since, nearly all of them spent listening to beauticians describe what they needed and what worried them.
Flama Beauty Tek came out of those conversations: a solid company, rooted in Campania, taking advanced aesthetics well beyond the region.
Twenty years ago I started by helping beauticians choose their first furniture. Today, with Flama Beauty Tek, I help them build the complete, well-equipped, successful centre they had in mind. What I am proudest of? That we made the journey together, holding each other up.

What you get when you put a project in our hands
Flama Beauty Tek supplies machines and designs spaces, but a centre works when the person running it has been listened to and given what they need to do the job.
Deliveries on time, support on hand
An opening pushed back two weeks costs more than any discount. We give delivery dates after checking availability, not before.
Training is included, always
Every machine arrives with its own course, run by our beauty specialists at no extra cost. It runs again from scratch when a new member of staff joins.
