Flama Beauty Tek started in 2023, an Italian company rooted in Campania. Behind it are the twenty years founder Raffaele Improta spent in professional aesthetics.

Training does not stop at the sale. Through Flama Academy we go into local beauty schools and academies, so students meet the technology they will find in a treatment room.
Theory modules and practical labs: students swap between operating the machine and lying on the bed, so they learn the technique and understand what the client feels.
