Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy
This notice explains what personal data we collect when you visit the site or write to us, why we process it, and what you can do about it. The reference is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller
The data controller is Flama Beauty Tek, with registered offices at Via Europa 1, Cercola (NA), Italy. For any request about the processing of your personal data you can write to info@flamabeautytek.it or call +39 392 348 7444 (mobile) or +39 081 1933 8696 (office).
2. Data we collect
When you visit the site or contact us we collect three kinds of data.
- The data you give us: first name, last name, email, phone number and the content of the messages you send through the contact or booking forms.
- Browsing data, that is IP address, browser, device and pages viewed. It stays in the technical logs of the hosting provider, which exist to run and protect the site. If you consent to loading the Google Maps map or a YouTube video, your IP address also reaches the provider of that service.
- The preferences stored in your browser: the light or dark theme and the choices you made on the cookie banner. These are covered in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process personal data for these purposes:
- To answer requests for information, for a consultation, for a demo or for support (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).
- To manage appointment bookings at our offices and at trade shows (legal basis: pre-contractual measures).
- To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).
- To send informational and promotional communications, where you have consented (legal basis: consent of the data subject).
4. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as the purposes it was collected for require, within the periods set by law. Once that period has passed we delete it or make it irreversibly anonymous.
5. Sharing and transfer of data
Data may be shared with suppliers acting as data processors, appointed under Article 28 GDPR. For this site they are:
- The hosting and delivery provider, which serves the pages and records their technical and security logs.
- The service that handles form submissions: it receives what you fill in and forwards it to us by email.
- Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC, only if you consent to the embedded Google Maps map or YouTube videos.
Some of these suppliers also process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is made under the safeguards set out in Articles 44 and following of the GDPR, that is standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions. The data is not disseminated.
6. Your rights
Articles 15 to 22 GDPR give you rights you can exercise at any time:
- Access to your personal data and to information about the processing.
- Rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data.
- Erasure of data (the right to be forgotten), in the cases provided by law.
- Restriction of, and objection to, the processing.
- Data portability and withdrawal of consent already given.
- Lodging a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

7. Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files that stay on your device. This site uses them only to make the pages work, along with equivalent technologies such as browser local storage. There are no analytics or profiling cookies: the fonts are hosted on our own servers and we use no statistics or marketing tools.

8. Managing cookies
On your first visit a banner appears where you can accept, refuse or choose service by service. The Google Maps map and the YouTube videos stay blocked until you give consent, and in the preferences panel you can allow one without allowing the other. To change your mind or withdraw consent, use the link in the footer.
