What Active Go does
Active Go combines the effect of physical activity with infrared, vacuum therapy and collagen light therapy. The lower body is sealed in a neoprene skirt and put under vacuum; treadmill and infrared together raise the metabolism and lift skin temperature by 1–4 °C, prompting the body to shed excess water and toxins, a process that continues for the next 4–6 hours.
Infrared heat activates HSPs, the heat shock proteins the cell keeps in reserve: they switch on from 38–40 °C, help repair muscle and reduce inflammation over the following days, and raise the metabolism by up to 17% according to the manufacturer's figures. Nobody has to suffer: the treatment should stay pleasant. Meanwhile the therapeutic vacuum acts like a suction cup on impurities settled in the skin.
